We Live!       

LISTEN AND WATCH! Because He Lives!

"As they entered the tomb, they saw a young man dressed in a white robe sitting on the right side, and they were alarmed. Don’t be alarmed,” he said. “You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified...

He has risen! He is not here.  See the place where they laid  him."  (Mark 16:5-6)

 

On Easter Sunday we celebrate God’s finished work that makes all the difference for us as Christ-followers. 

When Jesus walked this earth, He was limited by time and space. But after His death and resurrection, He promised us something even better than His presence on earth: He gave us His Spirit that Lives inside of us. No more time and space limitations. The power of His presence is inside of each of us who know Him.   
 

“Nevertheless I tell you the truth: It is expedient for you that I go away; for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I go, I will send him unto you.” Jesus (John 16:7)

We can Live freely now, confidently knowing that we are loved with an unshakable, unbreakable, sealed love, purchased through blood and Alive within us! We have a new identity in Christ. We are cleansed, forgiven and reconciled completely with our Father. There is nothing more to be done. No rules that must be obeyed and no further sacrifices needed. No temples, no priests -- just Jesus and His Spirit Living within us. Even death is conquered!
 

And God Raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus. For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God.   (Ephesians 2:6-8)
